In this part‑time role, you’ll work side‑by‑side with Physical Therapists to implement treatment plans, guide patients toward their goals, and support overall wellness. You’ll be part of a positive, purpose‑driven environment where every session matters and every team member is valued.

Responsibilities

As a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

You’ll Do
  • Deliver engaging, effective therapy based on established goals
  • Collaborate with PTs and a supportive interdisciplinary team
  • Track and document patient progress with accuracy
  • Celebrate patient wins—big and small—along the way!
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited PTA program
  • Active Ohio PTA license
  • Ability to work part-time with some flexibility for weekdays or weekends
  • Rehab, long‑term care, or acute experience is a plus—but not required!
