• Analyze manufacturing cost drivers, production metrics, variances, and operational trends.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting as a critical member of the finance team.
• Partner with plant leadership to provide visibility into operational performance.
• Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Enhance reporting processes by leveraging strong systems and data skills.
• Assist with budgeting, standard costing updates, and inventory valuation.
• Recommend improvements to tools, processes, and systems to increase efficiency.
• Act as a proactive and collaborative Financial Analyst throughout the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, ideally within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing financial concepts
• Demonstrated strength with financial systems, software tools, and data analytics
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience highly preferred
• Excellent communication abilities and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
