• Base salary range of $70,000 to $95,000
• Annual performance bonus opportunity of 12 to 20%

• Provide financial analysis, reporting and insight to leadership
• Support month end close, general ledger review and reconciliation work
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cost modeling
• Build reporting tools and KPIs using Power BI and D365
• Partner cross functionally to ensure data accuracy and support ongoing system improvements

• Four year degree in accounting, finance or a business related field
• Experience with D365 or other ERP systems
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work hands on with data
• Understanding of cost accounting fundamentals
• A Financial Analyst who communicates clearly, takes initiative and collaborates well within a team environment

• Onsite role in the Northeast Indiana region
• A Financial Analyst must be able to commute and participate in onsite interviews and workdays

• Full time, onsite schedule with typical weekday hours
• Occasional travel for training or project based needs depending on the Financial Analyst and their development goals
