Overview

Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) (T1097) s role involves helping guests on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms with strong operations, guest experience, and visual merchandising.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales and inventory ownership and use them to solve and support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization, including locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience for guests.
• Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising practices, including signing execution.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service is returned to the sales floor throughout the day.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up while complying with relevant laws and policies.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks and helping solve their needs; thank guests for shopping Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders when required; scan, move, and handle merchandise safely, including lifting up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions and remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
