Rock Creek Care Center is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support and strengthen our nursing leadership team. Position OverviewLocation: Auburn, CA
Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 annually (depending on experience)
Schedule: Full-time

- Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies.
- Assist with staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and support quality improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Step into the role of DON as needed.
- Current LVN or RN license in the state of California (required).
- Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
- Strong understanding of state and federal regulations.
- Excellent clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Passion for resident-centered care and staff development.
