Hourly Rate: $47-$55/HR DOE
Rock Creek Care Center is seeking a passionate, motivated, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for the NOC (overnight) shift

As the NOC Shift RN
, you will supervise and coordinate the day-to-day nursing operations during your shift, ensuring high-quality resident care in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will serve as a clinical leader, supporting staff, overseeing resident care, and maintaining a safe and calm overnight environment.
- Supervise nursing staff and oversee clinical operations during the NOC shift
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, care plans, and regulatory standards
- Provide direct nursing care and respond to changes in resident condition
- Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed
- Communicate resident status and concerns to physicians, families, and leadership
- Monitor medication administration, treatments, and documentation for accuracy
- Support staff development, coaching, and teamwork
- Promote a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents and staff
- Current, active RN license in good standing with the State of California
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
- Current CPR certification
- Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and communication skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and nursing best practices
- Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) preferred
- A team‑focused mindset with a calm, professional approach to overnight care
