Commercial Driver

JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Commercial Driver to join our growing team.

American Building Supply (ABS), a subsidiary of Jeld Wen, and one of the Nation’s largest wholesale suppliers of Doors, Door Hardware, Windows, and Millwork, currently has a position available for Class A Commercial Driver to assist our Distribution Division in providing value-added goods and services to our customers.

• Make multiple routes and provide customer service.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Deliver all material undamaged and on time.
• Communicate customer service issues with operations and sales.
• Mounted forklift experience is a plus.
• Flexible schedule (3am–6am) start times.
• Layover flexibility.

• Minimum of one year of Class A driving experience.
• Knowledge of manual transmission.
• Clean DMV report.
• Current CDL license preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Good paperwork accuracy.
• Good attendance history.
• Knowledge of millwork products a plus.

• Positive outgoing attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal oriented.
• Ability to work with others in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Ability to promote and maintain a TEAM atmosphere.

The employee may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and machines, vibrations, and loud noises.

Expected pay for this role is between $33.54 to $37.07 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
