SAFH-Sutter Auburn Faith Hospital

Performs direct and indirect technical tasks for patients before, during and after surgical interventions under the direction of licensed staff.

• Bachelor's:
  Graduate of an accredited surgical technologists program or extensive experience as a surgical technologist, such as is usually obtained in approximately 10 years.

Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of required degree or diploma.

• CST-Certified Surgical Technologist
• BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider

• Acute care experience preferred.

• Must have demonstrated knowledge of effective English written and communication and basic computer proficiency skills.
• Requires critical thinking skill, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in an ever-changing environment and respond appropriately to complex situations.
