As a PT at Rock Creek, you'll be a vital part of our residents' recovery journey—helping them reach their goals and live their best lives. Whether it's improving balance, restoring function, or boosting confidence,
your expertise will make a real difference every single day.
What You'll Do:
- Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on therapy and guide functional movement training
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other therapists for optimal outcomes
- Educate residents and families on care techniques and at-home support
- Document progress and adjust plans as needed
Competitive hourly rate: $65-$70/hr DOE
