• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Proven experience working with big block engines or similar machinery.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in a technical environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
