Security Officer - Part-Time Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to students, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an educational location.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, residence areas, and perimeter spaces, documenting observations and reporting maintenance hazards and/or unusual activity.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with access control issues, disturbances, and calls for service, and escalating to campus partners and/or public responders as needed.;
Monitor entrances, common areas, and special events as assigned, helping to deter unauthorized access and/or policy violations while maintaining a professional presence.;
Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs, and communicate key information during shift turnovers using site-approved systems and procedures.
