About the OpportunityOur client is expanding into the Madison market and looking for a driven, competitive closer to lead acquisitions in the area.

This is a high-performance sales role where you meet directly with homeowners, evaluate properties, and negotiate deals that generate real estate investment opportunities.
Our inside sales team generates and qualifies leads for you. Your job is to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and close deals
.

- Meet with homeowners who are interested in selling their property
- Build trust and uncover the seller’s motivations
- Evaluate the property and present purchase options
- Negotiate purchase agreements on behalf of the company
- Follow up with leads until they are ready to move forward
- Maintain activity and notes within our CRM
- Generate additional opportunities through networking and referrals
- Work closely with the Inside Sales team and Transaction Coordination team to ensure successful closings
- Consistently meet or exceed performance goals
You will spend most of your time meeting sellers, negotiating deals, and closing contracts
.
