The Role

The Sales Team Member plays a vital role in representing Holland Homes to prospective buyers, guiding them through the process of selecting, personalizing, and purchasing their home. This position requires professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong focus on creating a positive customer experience.

As a Sales Team Member, you will work directly with potential home buyers, real estate agents, lenders, and the internal Holland Homes team to ensure that every client receives clear communication, accurate information, and exceptional service throughout their journey.

This position is ideal for a licensed real estate professional who is proactive, people-oriented, and eager to contribute to a collaborative and growing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for home buyers throughout the sales process.
  • Deliver an exceptional, white-glove experience by maintaining responsiveness, accuracy, and care in all communication.
  • Conduct model home tours and community presentations for potential buyers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with buyers, agents, and lending partners.
  • Guide clients through the sales process from inquiry to closing.
  • Accurately complete purchase agreements, addendums, and contract documentation.
  • Ensure all sales and contract information is properly entered into company systems.
  • Collaborate with the Broker and Closing Coordinator on all contracts and closing-related tasks.

Marketing & Community Representation

  • Represent Holland Homes at open houses, community events, and marketing activities.
  • Maintain the presentation of model homes, signage, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to communicate customer feedback and sales trends.
  • Communicate effectively with Construction, Design, and Finance teams to ensure buyers’ selections and timelines are aligned.
  • Participate in sales meetings, community updates, and ongoing training.
  • Track and report sales activity, customer inquiries, and conversion metrics.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or related customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions
  • Must be able to work on-site at model homes and communities
