OverviewMyrick Recruiting, LLC partnered with an established Industrial Supplier on an Inside Sales Account Manager opportunity. This is a newly created role and will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and ensure a strong and steady pipeline of prospective customers.
Base pay range$50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
Additional compensation typesAnnual Bonus and Commission
Responsibilities- Will act as the main point of contact for customers.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
- Execution of sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives, provide timely feedback on how to improve.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Overall responsibility for Customer Service, Inside Sales reps
- Utilization of Client Relationship Manager (CRM)
- Four years of work experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Account Management
- Previous leadership experience in sales, customer service, or administrative role
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and nurture to conversion.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent writing and listening skills.
- Experience with Client Relationship Manager (CRM) software, Salesforce, Net Suite or similar program
