• Ensure high‑quality products are taken care of and available for our members.
• Maintain shelves clean; control temperature, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lower‑quality food products.
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area.
• Provide member service: acknowledge members, identify their needs, locate merchandise, assist with purchasing decisions, resolve issues and concerns, and promote the company’s products and services.
• Follow safety standards, procedures, and guidelines; conduct safety sweeps; follow forklift spotting procedures; handle hazardous materials; correct unsafe situations.
• Support the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area: handle claims and returns, zone the area, receive and stock merchandise, set up, clean and organize product displays, remove damaged goods, sign and price merchandise, complete audits and required logs.
• Follow food handling policies, operate and sanitize equipment, adhere to cold chain procedures when stocking, clean freezer/cooler/deli area, monitor fans, drains and doors, and report issues.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Have passion for and experience with stocking and customer service.
