As part of our produce team, you’ll help ensure availability, cleanliness and freshness. You will be on the front lines of customer service – your smile makes a difference and you can help enhance the member’s shopping experience.
- Be a Team Member: maintain up-to-date knowledge of products; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively and develop interpersonal skills for customer service; be flexible to work in other areas; track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage in a timely manner.
- Be an Expert: understand processes and specifications related to quality of produce (e.g., taste, preparation, seasonality); prepare products according to established standards; maintain product safety and sanitation guidelines; adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to produce quality.
- Be a Techie: leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
- Be an Owner: drive the performance of the area; manage inventory to stock and rotate department products; ensure quality and date control standards; eliminate waste; assist customers per company policies and procedures.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: model high-quality service and products; exhibit energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; apply the Open Door Policy in business processes and practices.
- Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress and opportunities for improvement; adapt to change and feedback.
- Minimum Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older; ability to successfully complete required trainings and assessments; other minimum qualifications as listed by the employer. - Preferred Qualifications:

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation may include premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
