Base pay range: $10.50/hr - $11.50/hr

Day Shift: Team Member

• Greet and engage every guest with a positive, friendly attitude
• Blend and serve smoothies and bowls quickly and accurately (in approximately 3 minutes and 30 seconds)
• Prepare food items and maintain food safety standards
• Follow daily checklists – restock, clean, and maintain a spotless store
• Work as part of a fast, efficient, and upbeat team
• Communicate clearly with team members and managers using our communication app
• Stay cool under pressure during busy shifts
• Take ownership of mistakes and always aim to make it right
