EH&S Supervisor

We are conducting a confidential search for an Environmental Health & Safety professional to support a high-performing manufacturing operation. This individual will work closely with site leadership and team members to strengthen safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, lead training initiatives, track EH&S performance metrics, and support incident response and reporting. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on workplace safety culture while contributing to operational excellence in a growth-oriented environment.

Requirements:

• EH&S experience in a manufacturing environment
• Solid understanding of facilitating a successful EH&S program
• Ability to present and train team members
• Must be proactive, enthusiastic, and demonstrate effective leadership skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong teams
• Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Access, Word, etc.)
• Advanced computer skills including MS Office software
