Human Resources Director

Ambassador Personnel is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead human resources strategy and operations within our client's manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with executive leadership to support business goals, strengthen organizational culture, and ensure compliance. This is a direct hire opportunity with a competitive compensation package.

• Lead HR strategy, operations, and compliance in a manufacturing setting
• Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with market trends
• Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives
• Oversee talent acquisition, career development, and succession planning
• Manage employee relations and conflict resolution with fair, compliant outcomes
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws

• 10+ years of HR leadership experience in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Experience partnering with senior leadership
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese strongly preferred;
  Korean is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s or MBA preferred
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification preferred
