Overview
Greenawalt Hospitality is launching a new Food Department within its Hospitality Division and is seeking a Food Program Manager to lead the initial build-out of its national food and concessions platform. This role is intentionally positioned at the front end of a new Food Department, with a mandate to design, test, and standardize systems before scale. The Food Program Manager is hired ahead of expansion to ensure food operations, standards, and execution models are proven in live tour and event environments prior to departmental growth.
The Food Program Manager works directly in the field during the early stages, supporting concessions execution, vendor coordination, VIP food service, staffing models, and compliance, while documenting and refining systems that enable long-term scalability. Over time, this role is expected to evolve into a formal leadership position as volume increases and additional team members are hired.
