Key Responsibilities Bar Operations Management- Manage all aspects of bar operations at the designated venue, including staff.
- Ensure bars are adequately stocked and prepared for each event.
- Maintain high standards of beverage quality and presentation.
- Monitor beverage stock levels and order supplies as needed.
- Implement inventory tracking systems to reduce waste and prevent theft.
- Manage cash handling procedures and reconcile sales.
- Prepare sales reports and assist with budgeting.
- Ensure adherence to all local and state alcohol service laws.
- Enforce health and safety guidelines within bar operations.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any service-related issues.
- Work with event coordinators to align bar services with event themes.
- Participate in planning meetings as needed.
- Available to work at other events when not required at the primary venue.
- Adapt to varying event requirements and locations.
- 3+ years of experience in bar/event management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Certified in Responsible Alcohol Service (e.g., TIPS, Serv Safe Alcohol).
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
- Knowledge of a wide range of beverages and mixology.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
$15 per hour + Tips and Gratuity
