• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles to enhance forecast accuracy
• Collaborate with offshore finance teams for accurate expense coding and revenue reporting
• Review revenue forecasts and assist in developing insights on project performance trends
• Track open roles and support headcount planning and workforce forecasting
• Present financial information clearly to non-finance partners and support internal audits

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5–9 years of combined accounting and/or finance experience
• Strong month‑end close experience including journal entries and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems; ERP or BI tools experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail

• Experience supporting process improvements, reporting automation, or system enhancements
• Ability to handle confidential information with high ethical standards
• Familiarity with cash flow forecasting and revenue/expense analysis
