We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our client’s team as a Call Center Agent. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and assistance with their inquiries, concerns, or requests

• Answering inbound calls promptly and professionally
• Providing accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and policies
• Resolving customer complaints, issues, and inquiries in a timely manner
• Escalating complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisor
• Handling outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or sales as required
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and call center scripts
• Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance targets
• Continuously enhancing product knowledge and staying updated on company offerings
• Collaborating with team members and other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
• A minimum of 2 years of Call Center Experience
• Experience troubleshooting (i.e. data or devices)
• Willing to work every other Saturday
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with call center systems
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Positive attitude, empathy, and a passion for helping others
