The Porter is tasked with various support functions aligned with supporting the FCA Special Vehicles Operation in Auburn Hills, MI. The Porter may move vehicles on public roads between locations and may also organize vehicles in lots on ground.

• Washing exterior of vehicle using manual (wand) washing system and towel drying; this includes cleaning snow/ice off of vehicle in winter months
• Parking lot organization of vehicles in accordance with lot/vehicle arrangement
• Fueling vehicles
• Moving company vehicles to appropriate location
• Performing physical inspections of vehicles
• Setting tire pressures
• Receive new vehicles – inspection for damage, cleanliness, etc.
• Shuttle technical personnel between work locations
• Filing of vehicle paperwork and other office tasks
• Following all Company Policies relating to safe driving
• Other duties deemed necessary by management

• Education – HS diploma or equivalent
• Excellent driving record (less than 4 points on driving record)
• Strong organizational skills
• Capable written and oral communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
