We are seeking a skilled Embedded Software Engineer to support embedded system development for automotive electronic control units at Stellantis in Auburn Hills, Michigan. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with MCU, SoC, and RTCU-based embedded platforms and a solid background in embedded software development.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for automotive control units.
- Work with MCU (Microcontroller Unit) and SoC (System on Chip) platforms for real-time applications.
- Support development and integration activities related to RTCU (Real-Time Control Units).
- Develop and debug low-level software including drivers and communication interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, systems, and validation engineers.
- Perform software testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Support system integration and validation activities.
- Strong experience in Embedded Software Development
- Experience working with MCU and SoC architectures
- Experience with RTCU (Real-Time Control Units)
- Strong programming skills in Embedded C/C++
- Experience with debugging tools and embedded development environments
- Knowledge of real-time operating systems (RTOS) is preferred
- Experience in automotive embedded systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
