• Previous experience as a Maintenance Service Technician or in a similar role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed.
