Pipefitter Required Skills and
Activities:
- Able to read pneumatic schematic drawings
- Build headers
- Thread pipe
- Install headers
- Install service stands and lockout valves
- Pipe robots
- Pipe sealer equipment
- Pipe Tools
- Read mechanical drawings and bill of material
- Prep valve pack and manifold
- Run hose and dress tool per customer requirements
- Ability to drill, tap and ream holes
- Use of hand saw, drill press and grinders
- Ideal to be able to bend pipe
- Pipe wrenches (10)
- Adj. Wrenches
- Allen Wrenches (Standard & Metric)
- Socket Wrenches (Metric & Standard)
- Channel Lock Pliers
- Drill Motor (3/8)
- Tape Measure
- Hose Cutters
- Level
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday + weekend (when required)
- Welding: 1 year (Preferred)
- Hand Bending: 1 year (Preferred)
