Mitigation Technician

• No experience - will start at $17/hour
• With experience- pay negotiable based on skillset
• Average yearly income $37,000-$65,000

• Demo and rebuild damaged structural elements, including drywall and plumbing
• Organize and clean salvageable belongings and property
• Identify mold, weather, fire, and water damage in homes and businesses
• Execute all water mitigation and extraction services
• Mend and refurbish the home or business

• Must be comfortable with fieldwork and working in various weather and environments
• Good communication, teamwork, and listening skills
• We require you have a high school diploma or GED
• Comfortable with using power and hand tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and in good physical fitness and stamina for cleanup
• MUST live within 50 miles of our office in Auburn Hills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Great communication, listening, and teamwork skills
• Able to participate in our rotational on-call after-hours schedule
