Compensation:- No experience - will start at $17/hour
- With experience- pay negotiable based on skillset
- Average yearly income $37,000-$65,000

- Demo and rebuild damaged structural elements, including drywall and plumbing
- Organize and clean salvageable belongings and property
- Identify mold, weather, fire, and water damage in homes and businesses
- Execute all water mitigation and extraction services
- Mend and refurbish the home or business
- Must be comfortable with fieldwork and working in various weather and environments
- Good communication, teamwork, and listening skills
- We require you have a high school diploma or GED
- Comfortable with using power and hand tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and in good physical fitness and stamina for cleanup
- MUST live within 50 miles of our office in Auburn Hills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Great communication, listening, and teamwork skills
- Able to participate in our rotational on-call after-hours schedule
- Empathy and compassion
- Willing to learn new things every day
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience and certifications are a plus
