Job Skills / Requirements- Previous Security Officer experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be able to complete a drug screen and background check.
- Must be team oriented and have a flexible schedule.
- Previous truck experience is a plus.
Location:
Auburn Hills, MI. All shifts available.
Pay: $18.00 / hr, paid weekly.
Benefits: 401(k) with employer match up to 8% for qualifying candidates working 20 hours a week or more and having completed six months of service.
Flex Security Officer responsibilities include training at various posts, working short‑notice shifts, and supporting the company’s operational and financial success.
Scheduling Expectations- Shifts vary based on operational need; you may be assigned to a specific post for several weeks.
- You are expected to work any shift scheduled in advance and call in any unavailable dates.
- For short‑notice call‑ins, you are expected to work at least 80% of the shifts called. Refusing more than 20% could negatively impact employment status.
High School diploma or equivalent.
