Inventory Control Lead

Experience Responsibilities

• Coordinates day-to-day inventory and stockroom operations
• Ensures accurate tracking and control of inventory levels
• Verifies minimum and maximum inventory levels and submits replenishment requests to the buyer
• Provides backup support to the shipping department, including shipment setup through UPS, Fed Ex, and DHL
• Acts as backup to the receiving clerk and assists with timely and accurate processing of incoming goods
• Maintains a clean, organized, and compliant stockroom environment
• Ensures adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Experience in inventory control, materials, shipping, or warehouse operations
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Familiarity with shipping carriers such as UPS, Fed Ex, and DHL preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Reliable, accountable, and process-driven mindset
