Retail & Store Manager
This is not a shift-based management role.
The Store Leader is responsible for running the business of their location — leading the team, owning the guest experience, maintaining operational excellence, and contributing to growth.
If you thrive on accountability, autonomy, and ownership and understand that strong leaders execute systems and think beyond them — this role will energize you.
If you are most comfortable only completing assigned tasks without taking initiative or ownership, this role is not the right fit.
