Part‑Time Sales Lead – Famous Footwear
As a Famous Footwear Sales Lead, you are passionate about providing the best shoe store experience for every customer. You help create a welcoming environment and in‑store culture where customers say “I’ll take it” and become loyal to the store, our brands, and the company. You love to take on additional responsibilities, pride yourself on execution, celebrate successes, stay informed about trends, and share that knowledge with the store team and customers.

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficient knowledge of general retail practices.
- Some retail store management or equivalent experience.
- Experience motivating a team to achieve goals.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate direction.
- Experience mentoring and training associates on selling and operations.
- Flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
- Basic computer skills.
- Regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height using proper equipment.
- Perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
- Be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Knowledgeable in retail practices.
- Team player with energy and enthusiasm.
- Manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude.
- Mentor and train associates.
- Work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
