Member Assist Cart Attendant

Base Pay Range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the Member Assist Cart Attendant role, you ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot, help them with their purchases, and make carts available. You assist members in loading their vehicles and create a great experience.

You will be on your feet and on the go, rain or shine.

• Help members with their purchases and keep the parking lot well‑kept.
• Assist members in loading vehicles and manage cart availability.
• Stand for long periods and maintain a positive attitude while greeting members.
• Maintain a clean, neat, member‑ready area.
• Conduct safety sweeps, report unsafe situations, and follow facility safety procedures.
• Provide member service, process payments, and promote company products and services.
• Collate and resolve member issues and concerns, and maintain cart retrieval equipment.
• Collaborate with managers and co‑workers to meet priorities and deadlines.

• Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled and members are notified of any delays.
• Pack products properly, dispense items upon member arrival, and promote products.
• Assist with transporting items and maintain parking lot cleanliness.
• Follow policies for handling merchandise and correct unsafe conditions.
• Uphold company ethics and use the Open Door Policy.

Premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific responsibilities.
