General Manager - Starting salary $60,000+ based on experience

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Collaborate with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching and direction.
• Hire, develop, and support Department and Shift Managers to build a capable future team.

• Previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
• Background in quick-service restaurants strongly desired; experience in hospitality or retail also acceptable.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage a corporate-owned restaurant.
