As a Quality Systems Technician – DHR at our Auburn Hills, MI facility
, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of Device History Records (DHRs). You will support the Quality Systems team through documentation control, record management, CAPA facilitation, and audit support activities. Your contributions help ensure that products meet customer requirements and regulatory expectations, strengthening Jabil’s commitment to quality and compliance.
On-site at our Auburn Hills, MI facility.
What Will You Do?- Execute the site’s DHR program, ensuring timely review, reconciliation, and submission of DHRs to customers.
- Generate, maintain, and control DHR guidance materials, including customer‑specific addendums.
- Create and provide DHR status reports to relevant functional managers.
- Follow up on rejected or on‑hold DHRs and escalate issues as needed.
- Ensure DHR processes comply with corporate policies and customer‑specific requirements.
- Support qualification and implementation of new customer DHR formats or requirements.
- Maintain and update DHR‑related records and documentation, both electronic and hardcopy.
- Update Quality Systems documents (Policies, Procedures, Work Instructions) related to the DHR process.
- Support Quality Systems activities including document control, CAPA facilitation, and audit readiness.
- Work safely at all times and comply with all Environmental Health and Safety requirements.
- Comply with company security policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Advanced reading, writing, and math skills.
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Excel and database applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight and rapidly changing deadlines.
- Ability to gather data and prepare accurate reports.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Relevant experience in engineering or technical disciplines preferred.
- Experience with documentation, quality systems, or manufacturing records is beneficial.
