Clutch is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager for a client of ours.
Responsibilities- Strategic Campaign Leadership:
Direct the development and execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility, product awareness, and revenue growth. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Serve as the primary link between Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to ensure technical product accuracy (certifications/compliance) and drive lead generation for the sales pipeline. - Channel & Partner Management:
Design and oversee specialized marketing programs for wholesalers, contractors (MEP), and builders, including co-op campaigns and industry roadshows. - Content & Brand Stewardship:
Manage the production of high-impact technical collateral, video tutorials, and case studies while ensuring absolute brand consistency across all packaging and digital touchpoints. - Digital & Analytical Oversight:
Drive the digital strategy (SEO, paid media, and email automation) and utilize BI tools to measure customer behavior and optimize the marketing funnel. - Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a high-performing creative team, including designers, coordinators, and content specialists. - Industry Engagement:
Strengthen partnerships with trade associations (PHCC, ASA, ASPE) and oversee PR and thought-leadership efforts in industry publications.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. - Experience:
5–7 years of marketing experience, specifically within B2B, construction trades, or similar technical industries. - Leadership:
Proven experience supervising creative or marketing teams in a fast-paced environment. - Technical Stack:
Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, XD, Photoshop) and the Microsoft Office Suite. - Strategy & Writing:
Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to translate complex technical specs into compelling sales tools. - Platform Knowledge:
Strong familiarity with BI tools, CRM/Marketing Automation, and social media aggregators. - Presence:
Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in an onsite, collaborative setting.
