Electrical Build Supervisor

Join our elite team of engineers dedicated to designing and implementing cutting-edge software solutions for highly complex automation systems. Our team for Controls and Automation offers expert engineering software design for our complex and highly specialized systems. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle challenging automation problems, from conveyor systems to robotic assembly lines. You will work closely with experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience in software design, integration, and control systems testing.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, Instrumentation and Control.
  • 4–5 years of hands‑on experience in electrical build /manufacturing programs in industrial automation.
  • Strong experience required in control panel wiring and field cabling connections.
  • Able to read the mechanical layouts and pneumatic drawings.
  • Need to manage at least a group of 10 people.
  • Familiarity with industrial networks (Ether Net/IP, Profinet) and communication protocols.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Application‑Specific Experience
  • Material Handling Conveyor Systems
  • Gantry System knowledge
  • Hands‑on knowledge of robot controllers (ABB, Fanuc, or KUKA) and motion control libraries.
  • Robotic pack In‑Out cells.
Weekly Working Hours

40 to 50 Hours/Week. Saturday/Sunday/Holidays work based on the project requirements. Typically, 10%-20% of the time of the year.
