The Mopar Fleet Future Service Strategy and Warranty Support Manager will be tasked to develop and execute new initiatives designed to improve fleet downtime and grow part sales amongst fleet customers. This position would lead and support the continued growth of key initiatives such as Mobile Service and the implementation of Fleet Telematic Data for more convenient and proactive fleet services.
Additionally, this position will help administer the warranty concerns from the field of national fleet management companies, rental agencies and municipalities through goodwill determinations and the important support and administration of Fleet Service Facilities (X-Codes). Initiatives supporting the growth of maintenance part sales to the fleets' X-codes will also a key goal of the position.
The role requires vision and collaboration to develop and grow key strategies as well as a solid understanding of dealer business and fleet expectations. The role's primary goals are the launch and parts revenue growth that can be realized from these new initiatives as well as the successful support and growth of X-codes to reduce fleet downtime and provide additional outlets purchasing Mopar and BPro Parts.
BasicQualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience across Service & Parts, Sales, Fleet, Product Planning/Strategy, or related function area.
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Service & Parts and/or Dealer Field experience
- Fleet interactions & experience
- Area/District Management
- Customer Care
- Supply Chain
- Product Planning, Strategy and/or Logistics
- Project Management and Coordination Skills
- Results-oriented and self-motivated
- Advanced MS Access and Excel skills (Pivot tables, V-lookups, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task a variety of issues while maintaining strict deadlines
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Key Account Management
- Prior experience in managing process with multiple stakeholders from a variety of groups
- Supply Chain, Purchasing or Supplier Management experience (preferably with remanufacturing suppliers)
