Position Title: Janitorial Building Maintenance

Shifts Needed: Day

Nights: Monday
- Friday 6a
-4:45p + Saturday 6a-12p

As a Janitorial Building Maintenance, you will be responsible for all activities related to shop and/or office cleaning and maintenance, cleaning restrooms, and any required outside grounds keeping.

• Ensure that all of the daily, bi-weekly, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annual activities are completed as scheduled
• Notify general facility maintenance issues (doors, bathrooms, etc.) to the Maintenance Supervisor as they arise
• Assist with the movement of materials or equipment within or between facilities
• Achieve quality and production goals
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to work with and without supervision
• Personal effectiveness/credibility
• Clear and consistent communication with team

• Must be able to work overtime as necessary
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.
