Vehicle Coordinator Responsibilities Include:
- Update company systems.
- Assign vehicle swaps to executives.
- Perform vehicle exchanges with executives.
- Communicate with executives via phone, email, and in person.
- Process systems and paperwork for vehicles for disposal.
- Problem-solving and assisting with driver inquiries.
- Move and stage assigned vehicles.
- Conduct fleet tab renewals.
- Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service's DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.
- A high school diploma/GED.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record (required).
- 1 year of previous customer service experience.
- Base PC skills with a solid understanding of Microsoft Suite Office products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving ability.
- Excellent organizational skills yet flexible to accomplish objectives that are often subject to change.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and direction.
- Must have superior attendance, and be prompt and reliable.
- This position is performed in an office setting. Applicants must be okay with sitting for extended periods.
