The firm seeks a litigation attorney to join our growing business and IP litigation practice. The position involves hands-on work in active IP and business litigation matters with growing responsibility over time.

Desired qualifications include:

• 3+ years of business and/or IP litigation experience
• Strong written and oral advocacy
• Rigorous research and analysis
• Capacity to take on real responsibility
• Readiness to build trusted client relationships
• Based in metro Detroit area
