The RoleFull-time attorney position focusing on high-stakes IP and business litigation, including trade secret, trademark, non-compete, and business breakup cases. You ll be involved at all stages from investigation to trial - crafting strategies, writing briefs, managing discovery, interfacing with clients, and arguing in court.
We Need Someone Who- Distills complex facts and legal issues into compelling arguments
- Finds creative opportunities where others see roadblocks
- Buidls cases brick-by-brick with meticulous attention to detail
- Fosters strong relationships through exceptional client care
- Brings 2-10 years of experience, ideally in business or IP litigation
- Is licensed in Michigan and based in metro Detroit
