We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Business Analyst to lead the setup and configuration of Flex Care products, while also supporting AI and data integration initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with Business teams to ensure that Flex Care product offerings are accurately configured, scalable, and enhanced by data-driven insights and AI capabilities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
FlexcareProduct Setup
- Gather and analyze detailed business requirements for Flexcare product offerings including coverage options, pricing, eligibility, and service terms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, and IT to translate business needs into system configurations.
- Document business rules, workflows, and product setup specifications to guide development and Analytics teams.
- Lead or support system configuration activities and ensure proper implementation in enterprise platforms or third-party systems.
- Coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate product configurations.
- Maintain and update product setup documentation and support post-launch enhancements.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Flexcare product configurations and resolve related system issues.
- Partner with data scientists to identify AI and analytics opportunities that enhance Flexcare product performance, such as predictive risk modeling, personalized pricing, and service optimization.
- Translate Flexcare business requirements into AI use cases and support data integration efforts between 3rd party vendors, customer data platforms, and AI tools.
- Ensure seamless data flows and API integrations between core systems and AI platforms.
- Assist in monitoring AI model performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Support integration of external data sources to enrich Flexcare product insights and decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data science (automotive industry experience preferred)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JAVA, Python and SQL
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
