This role requires the ability to effectively bridge business requirements with technology solutions across both operational legacy platforms and modernized environments. The successful candidate will demonstrate a forward-thinking mindset, balancing operational stability with innovation, and play a key role in transforming and advancing the future of Sales Intelligence through technology modernization and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and support existing legacy Sales Reporting systems, ensuring reliability and business continuity.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business teams, IT, and external service providers.
- Collaborate with development teams supporting Mainframe, Java-based systems and Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure
. - Design and validate reporting and dashboards using PowerBI
. - Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Support system enhancements, modernization initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation support.
- Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments.
- Working knowledge of Mainframe/Java/Cloud platform
- Strong expertise in data platforms, BI tools (e.g., Power BI), and analytics.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record managing legacy systems while leading modernization initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong Leadership and Communication skills
- Comfortable with preparing presentations and presenting to all levels of management
