We are seeking a skilled and proactive Production Support Analyst (L3) with 5 years of experience to join our support team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, a technical mindset, and hands-on experience in application maintenance and support (AMS). This role is critical in ensuring the stability and smooth functioning of IT systems, especially in a connected automotive environment.
The analyst will play a key role in issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of support processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide L3 production support by analyzing and resolving technical issues across integrated systems.
- Query system logs, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Understand system integration and API specifications to support system flows and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Create and maintain flow diagrams and technical documentation.
- Monitor systems for outages, performance, and functionality; provide timely communication for incidents affecting users.
- Perform administrative tasks such as certificate management and version tracking.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive issues to closure.
- Analyze recurring incidents and identify areas of improvement to reduce ticket inflow.
- Contribute to Agile/Scrum development activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Support system upgrades and patch management as needed.
- Conduct operational reporting, trend analysis, and performance reviews.
- 5+ years of experience in application support and system operations
- Hands-on experience in AMS (Application Maintenance and Support)
- Proficiency in querying logs and debugging systems
- Strong knowledge of system integration concepts and API specifications
- Experience with system administration tasks such as certificate management and version control
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Agile and Scrum methodology experience
- Ability to create process flow diagrams and maintain detailed documentation
- Experience with stakeholder communication and incident management
Skills:
- Exposure to connected vehicle systems in the automotive domain
- Programming knowledge is a plus (any language)
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and Agile environments
- Familiarity with Dev Ops or automation tools is advantageous
Agile/Scrum certifications preferred
ITIL certification is a plus
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
