Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Program / Product Coordination Manager to support the execution of product plans and ensure programs and parts remain on schedule. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams, coordinating timelines, tracking progress, managing documentation, and escalating risks as needed. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a “closer” mentality who can lead cross-functional teams through complex and time-sensitive situations.
Key Responsibilities Program & Timeline Management- Execute assigned product plans to meet established timelines and milestones
- Compile, maintain, and track detailed program timelines
- Monitor program and part status and report progress to stakeholders
- Escalate late or at-risk programs and parts as needed (supporting recovery efforts, though not leading them)
- Serve as the primary liaison between service/aftermarket teams and vehicle or product development teams
- Coordinate responses and communications across multiple internal groups
- Lead meetings and facilitate collaboration to resolve issues efficiently
- Write, track, and manage technical or service bulletins
- Write and track engineering or technical requisitions
- Compile and track program budgets
- Prepare clear, concise status updates and presentations for leadership
- Act as a “quarterback” during high-pressure situations by:
- Clearly defining problems
- Bringing the right teams together to develop solutions
- Driving action items to completion
- Presenting issues and solutions calmly and effectively to senior leadership
- Strong execution mindset with a proven ability to drive tasks to completion
- Demonstrated experience leading people and meetings
- Ability to remove roadblocks, challenge assumptions, and push back when necessary
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing complex programs within a structured product development environment
- Familiarity with development processes, milestones, and enterprise systems used for tracking programs, budgets, and documentation
- Extensive experience working within large, complex product development organizations
- Strong internal networking and stakeholder management skills
- Experience navigating multiple systems and tools to track program status and deliverables
