3 days ago – Apply via Dice today! Marvel Technologies Inc is seeking an Agile Technical Project Manager to lead our automotive client’s initiatives in Auburn Hills, MI.
Key Responsibilities- Foster an environment of cooperation and collaboration among stakeholders, including brand, department, division, group, corporate management, and ITPO.
- Ensure uptime and availability of the client’s telematics solution and its supporting applications.
- Coach, mentor, and lead a best‑in‑class development team using agile iterative development to solve complex technical and business challenges.
- Report progress on projects and overall program to senior executives.
- Participate in creation of project budgets, prepare cost estimates, and manage program budget to comply with policy.
- Prioritize, plan, and track project progress, exercising independent judgment in overall project management.
- Lead technical decisions and solutions to minimize business impact, ensuring uptime and stability SLAs are achieved.
- Interface with application developers to coordinate systems implementation and releases.
- Provide high‑quality support to business customers as primary contact for applications.
- Collaborate with product management and business owners to define product vision and data strategies.
- Outline “stories” and sprints for the development team supporting the customer portal, Liferay platform, architecture, and technical solutions.
- 10+ years of experience in project management.
- Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and execution of Agile ceremonies and events.
- Proficiency in Agile tools (Confluence, JIRA, Visio, Azure Dev Ops).
- Experience leading all phases of the software development lifecycle with cross‑functional teams (Developers, Analysts, Dev Ops, QA).
- Ability to manage multiple high‑profile projects, mitigate risks, and resolve roadblocks.
- Scrum/PMI certification preferred.
- Local to Michigan and prepared for a hybrid work model.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, fostering collaboration and strong IT/Business partnerships.
