ServiceNow Platform Architect Lead

Join Stellantis as the Service Now Platform Architect Lead.

The role is a leadership position focused on shaping the Architecture, setting Application and development best practices, and managing Service Now technical leads.

• Develop and implement best practices for the Service Now platform, including release and deployment strategy, development strategy, and configuration/customization.
• Lead and implement an architectural function to ensure the architecture review council is stand‑up as a forum for design decision making.
• Own foundation data and integration management to maintain the cohesion of the platform for each new capability implemented.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align the platform's capabilities with business needs and objectives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest Service Now features, enhancements, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage and mentor a team of Service Now technical leads.

• Operations inside and outside the COEI, running the platform and all its applications.
• Delivery: project managers and their Agile squads.
• Service Now COEI: solution architect, architecture lead, demand managers, product owners, user experience lead, change and strategy lead, innovation lead.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Service Now certification:
  Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Experience taking business requirements and converting them into Service Now platform capabilities.
• Minimum Service Now certifications (current):
  Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and any two Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) disciplines.
• Evidence of involvement as an architect or technical lead in at least three global Service Now projects or programs.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Agile background is a plus.
