TSRC Student Program – ICT Governance

Student Program FormatThe program will be remote from September through April, with students working virtually from a U.S. location. Students residing in the Metro‑Detroit area may work from Stellantis Headquarters and the Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan, though this is not mandatory.
Students are expected to work 24 hours per week during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Selected candidates will work with their manager to establish a consistent weekly schedule that balances the 24‑hour requirement with their class schedule. During the summer months (May – August), students may relocate to Auburn Hills and potentially work up to 40 hours per week at management’s discretion.
Applications are accepted year‑round. Cohorts start on a quarterly basis in January, April, June, and September, with an intended tenure until graduation.

This position focuses on the development and application of self‑serve ICT tools (no‑code/low‑code applications), data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), data flow mapping, and testing of user cases for AI projects within the Technical Safety and Regulatory Compliance department.
Responsibilities- Design and deploy no‑code/low‑code solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline safety and compliance workflows.
- Build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards in Power BI to support decision‑making.
- Map and document data sources, usage, and schemas (e.g., Snowflake) to ensure traceability and alignment with governance standards.
- Assist in creating and testing AI agents for regulatory and technical safety contexts.
- Support validation of AI use cases through structured testing and feedback loops.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure tools meet user needs and compliance requirements.
- Pursuing an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
- Ability to work 24 hours per week, year‑round.
- Pursuing a qualifying degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Currently a sophomore or junior at an accredited university.
- Exposure to scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools and services.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, or other no‑code/low‑code platforms.
- Experience or coursework in data visualization (Power BI preferred).
- Understanding of data structures, schemas, and data governance concepts.
- Interest in AI technologies and their application.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Proven communication and writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.).
