** JOB PURPOSE
** The Data Privacy Senior Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing PHINIA’s data privacy program. The person in this global role will coordinate with stakeholders across the company to ensure PHINIA adheres to applicable data privacy laws by developing policies and procedures, conducting training and communications initiatives, and implementing appropriate data protection measures. This role reports to PHINIA’s Chief Compliance Officer.

*** Develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures to ensure global compliance with data privacy laws
* Oversee the management of PHINIA’s data privacy framework
* Provide pragmatic, actionable advice to PHINIA colleagues regarding data privacy matters
* Collaborate with local data privacy delegates to drive ownership of data privacy practices throughout the company
